SY9030 Meter Error Display Unit
A meter-position error-processing and display unit for configured energy meter test benches, with RS-485 communication to the bench control system.
Description
The SY9030 supports error calculation and display at an individual meter position. The SONGYANG parts manual describes an error processor associated with each position, using reference-meter pulses and the meter-under-test pulse count to calculate comparative error.
The processor communicates with the PC and main bench controller through an RS-485 connection. In the documented rack, each processor sits behind its position’s error-display window. The rear-panel diagram identifies the associated pulse and communication connections. The photographed front panel is labelled Error Display Unit (SY9030) and includes a numerical display and operating buttons.
Configuration notes
Select the unit according to the bench model, serial number and installed processor version. Pulse interfaces, position wiring and communication connections must match the existing configuration. Contact us with the unit label and connection details before specifying a replacement.
