A mounting rack assembly for energy meter test bench positions, with the layout and connection arrangement selected for the intended meters and bench configuration.
Description
The meter rack provides the mounting structure for energy meters and the associated components at each test position. SONGYANG rack diagrams show meter connection fixtures, scanner positioning, error displays and the voltage, current and communication connections used by the test system.
Single-phase and three-phase rack arrangements are documented separately. The number of positions and the layout of fixtures depend on the required configuration. The diagrams also identify the associated scanner-head and communication ports, alongside the front and rear connections of the rack.
Configuration notes
Specify the bench model, serial number, meter dimensions, position count and connection method when selecting a rack assembly. The mounting arrangement and electrical interfaces must suit the intended meters and installed bench.
